I’m not a huge fan of what can be called “cut and paste” blogging. That where someone quotes a news article in it’s entirety and then follows up with a one-line comment like “that sucks!”. Between hackers prestige is gathered around those who can control the most computers at the whim of their will. Botnets are used for this practice. CBC: And now for an honest middle o’ the road perspective… (no—just kidding!) News item: dozens of ducks land in an oil sands “tailings” pond in Alberta which is usually protected by bird-scaring techniques to keep the birds away; and are poisoned, and die. It’s a tragedy. Clearly. The company is sad, the government is sad, we’re all sad. No doubt one or two heads will roll, and probably, people will be more careful in the future. We all hope so. And none of us need to be lectured about

We've seen a number of cameras mounted on RC vehicles before, but if you're looking for a more out-of-the-box solution, you may want to consider this so-called RC-12 camera now available from Japan Trend Shop, which is not only smaller than most, but able to be used underwater as well. Apparently, the 2.7 megapixel camera will work up to 30....
